Rule 19
To Follow The Order Of An Inspector
(1) If an Inspector issues an order to the Licensee in the course or inspection or inquiry pursuant to ? Rule 17, it shall be the duty of the concerned Licensee to carry out the functions as referred to in such order.
(2) A person who is not satisfied with the order issued by the Inspector pursuant to Sub-rule (1) may file a complaint with the Authority within Thirty days and decision of the Authority in regard to the complaint shall be final.
